New Japanese cafe in Tanjong Tokong. Tamafuku cafe. Dishes just like home cook food. 7 types of onigiri for you to choose each onigiri consists of 100g of rice for Ala carte. And I ordered 4 1) Jako and Ooba RM8 2) plum and yakari ( my favourite . You all know why ) RM8 3) Okaka ( bonito flake) RM8 4) Simmered minced chicken RM8 Love all of them . The flavour is light yet flavourful. Is very comfort to eat. The rice is warm Got other dishes in the menu but limited choice Set lunch RM33

I discovered this new restaurant by chance. The food is very exquisite and tastes delicious. It will be full during lunch time, so if you like it, you have to order in advance.

The vibe of this cafe is good, it’s like authentic Japanese restaurant feel, quiet and we had pleasant dinner there! Food is okay, many choices of onigiri flavor to choose from, and their set meal price is reasonable! However, we feel a little bit disappointed towards the oden, the soup is not flavorful enough and the daikon is not soft. But overall, I still recommend this cafe.

Delicious fresh food, especially the onigiri. Fast and attentive service. Relaxed, quiet and spacious environment. Reasonable prices, particularly for the sets. Bookings recommended as the restaurant is small and cosy. Wheelchair accessible.

Enjoyed the food! Love the negitoro don and onigiri! Also love the daifuku (no pic). I took one star off for service because they never replied my WhatsApp for reservation (after asking me to give my date/time and number of pax).

A wonderful lunch with every dish presented with so much thought and love. The onigiri set was delicious and so were the drinks. I loved every moment of it.

Love the matcha option and all the food that we ordered were up to expectations and beyond. Place is quite small so do make reservations ahead as limited sitting. Owner and staff is very welcoming.
